ANNAPOLIS, MD – The St. Bonaventure University women's tennis team dropped a pair of matches against Loyola (MD) and Navy Friday and Saturday to begin the 2022 spring season.

The Bonnies fell to Loyola, 4-3, Friday evening and then 7-0 against Navy Saturday to wrap up the weekend.

Against the Greyhounds Friday, Amelia Haley, Anastasia Gubanova and Alexandra Jansson all picked up straight set singles wins for the Bonnies.

In doubles action, Haley and Andrea Roque teamed up for a 6-3 win at No. 1 doubles.

The Bonnies are back in action Saturday, Jan. 29 on the road, taking on Western Michigan and Cleveland State.
