Men's Tennis Falls In Atlantic 10 Weekend Action

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The St. Bonaventure University men's tennis team fell to Duquesne and Dayton Friday and Saturday at the Alpha Tennis Center in Pittsburgh.

The Bonnies dropped Friday's match to Duquesne, 6-1, and then a 6-1 defeat against Dayton Saturday afternoon.

Stijn Paardekooper earned the lone win for the Brown and White over the Dukes, beating Kaipo Marshall, 6-2, 6-7, 6-4, at No. 1 singles.

Paardekooper was victorious once again at the top flight Saturday against the Flyers, defeating Connor Bruce, 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.

The Bonnies are back in action Friday, April 8 when they host Cleveland State.
