ST. BONAVENTURE at ATLANTIC 10 CHAMPIONSHIPS

The St. Bonaventure University men's swimming and diving team will compete in the Atlantic 10 Championships at SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. This four-day competition begins on Wednesday, Feb. 15 and finishes up on Saturday, Feb. 18.
 
FINAL PREP

• The men ended their dual-meet season with a 181-119 triumph over Gannon on Saturday, Jan. 28.
• Freshman Ben Giera set a new school record in the 1-meter dive with a score of 342.98, while junior Maxwell Murray notched his own school/pool record with a time of 9:16.31 in the 1000-freestyle.
• Giera was also victorious in the 3-meter dive (338.63) and Murray scored a win in the 500-freestyle (4:33.02).
• The Bonnies registered top finishes from Alexander Behr (two wins), Nicholas Nakaya, Kyle Gluck, Luigi Termine, and Henry Wilkes.
• Runner-up finishes were delivered by Tomas Botero, Knute Wargin, Tommy White, Lucas Dekaney, Teddy Murphey, and Patrick Heldreth.
• The 200-medley relay team of Termine, Nakaya, Behr, and Gluck touched the wall in a time of 1:30.13 for a victory.

• Friday 2/17: Prelims 10:00 a.m. – 400-medley (W/M), 100-butterfly (W/M), 200-freestyle (W/M), 100-breaststroke (W/M), 100-backstroke (W/M), 3-meter dive (W) (1:00 p.m.) / Finals 6:30 p.m. – 400-medley (W/M), 100-butterfly (W/M), 200-freestyle (W/M), 100-breaststroke (W/M), 100-backstroke (W/M), 3-meter dive (W), 400-medley relay (W/M)
• Saturday 2/18: Prelims 10:00 a.m. – 200-backstroke (W/M), 100-freestyle (W/M), 200-breaststroke (W/M), 200-butterfly (W/M), 3-meter dive (M) (1:00 p.m.), 1,650-freestyle all but top heat (W/M) (3:05 p.m.) / Finals 6:00 p.m. – 1,650-freestyle (W/M) (top heat), 200-backstroke (W/M), 100-freestyle (W/M), 200-breaststroke (W/M), 200-butterfly (W/M), 3-meter dive (M), 400-freestyle relay (W/M)
