Alessandra Ren gave the Bonnies their top time in the 500-yard free and narrowly missed another podium finish as she claimed fourth at 5:11.16.

On the diving boards, sophomore Dhavgely Mendoza gave the Bonnies their top finish of fifth out of 13 scores in the 3-meter dive (286.10).

QUOTES FROM HEAD COACH MIKE SMIECHOWSKI
"Even though we came up just short, this was the best dual meet performance our women's team has had in my tenure. We came to compete with a top-four A10 team and challenged them until the final relay. We have a lot of momentum and need to keep riding this into A-10s in February. I couldn't be prouder of the women."

UP NEXT
The Bonnies have some time before they compete next, when they head to Cleveland State Oct. 24-25.
