WASHINGTON, D.C. – St. Bonaventure University men's soccer graduate student Seth Hammond has been selected as the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week, officials announced Monday.

Hammond had a game to remember last Saturday at the Marra Athletics Complex, posting six points on a goal and four assists against No. 24 George Mason.

His four assists are a new Bonnies program record and the most in a single game this season in the NCAA.

Hammond began his night with an assist off a corner kick that found the head of Etienne Godin waiting in the box in the 34^th minute. Just 30 seconds later Hammond connected with Daniel Helle on a free kick to bring the Bonnies back within a goal.

In the 56^th minute, Hammond found Kyle Macfarlane for a one-touch pass to Callum Shillington who buried the shot in the back of the net.

Hammond was once again the creator in the attacking zone in the 81^st minute, sending a low cross into the box where Neshawn Sutherland was there to punch home the goal.

He capped off his night in the 85^th minute, pouncing on a loose ball and firing a rocket into the net for the Bonnies fifth goal of the contest.

Hammond currently leads the Atlantic 10 and ranks 14^th in the NCAA with 19 points. His seven goals also lead the A-10 while sitting 18^th in the NCAA. Hammond ranks second in the conference and 36^th in the NCAA with five assists.

The Bonnies are back in action Saturday, Oct. 18 on the road at Dayton.
