WASHINGTON, D.C. – For the first two meets of her collegiate career, St. Bonaventure freshman Jillian Lozo has led the Bonnies pack as the team's top runner.
This week, she paces Atlantic 10 freshmen as the conference's Rookie of the Week.
Saturday, the first-year runner posted a 6K time of 23:04.3, good for 11th individually in school history.
She placed 46th out of 182 competitors in the Crimson race at Saturday's meet.
The East Amherst, N.Y. native helped the Bonnies to a 10th-place finish in the 21-team event.
St. Bonaventure returns to action in the prestigious Louisville Cross Country Classic Saturday morning in the Bluegrass State.
