LAST TIME OUT
The Bonnies completed a 2-0 week at the Reilly Center with a thrilling 72-71 overtime victory over Duquesne, clinching the regular season sweep of the Dukes.
Laycee Drake's pull-up jump shot from the foul line with four seconds to play lifted the Bonnies over the Dukes in overtime. Drake finished the game with 13 points, nine rebounds, four assists and a pair of steals.
Brianna Barr-Buday finished with a team-high 15 points in 17 minutes off the bench while Aaliyah Parker and Kylie Buckley chipped in 13 points apiece.
The Dukes knocked down a late three with the shot clock expiring to take a 71-68 lead with 24 seconds remaining on the clock.
Drake drove down and scored before the Bonnies forced a backcourt violation following a Duquesne timeout with 17 seconds to play.
Coach Crowley drew up a play for Drake as she got to the free throw line before pulling up and knocking down the game-winning jump shot.
A final heave from Duquesne fell short as the Bonnies were able to complete the regular season sweep of the Dukes.
