The St. Bonaventure University women's basketball team is set for its final road game of the regular season Wednesday, Feb. 25, traveling to take on George Washington. Tipoff is set for 6:00 p.m. in the nation's capital.

LAST TIME OUT
The Bonnies fell to Loyola Chicago for the second time this season last Saturday at the Reilly Center, 58-55.

Laycee Drake paced the Bonnies with 18 points, four rebounds and three assists. Brillana Boyd also finished in double figures for the Brown and White with 14 points and four rebounds. Gabby Robinson and Elyse MacDonough chipped in eight points each for the Bonnies.

Boyd gave the Bonnies a late lead with 4:12 left in the contest, but the Ramblers got the next six points to retake the lead, 54-49, with just over two minutes to play.

Bona's stayed in the game, cutting the deficit to two before a Loyola free throw made it a three-point game with under 30 seconds to play.

Drake had a clean look at a 3-pointer to tie the game and force overtime, but it was off the mark as the Ramblers hung on for the victory.

ON THE RISE
The Bonnies have increased their win total by nine games with two games left to play in the regular season. It marks one of the best win improvements in the NCAA this season behind McNeese State (14 wins), Arizona State (12) Long Island (11), Eastern Michigan (10), South Dakota (10) and Southern Utah (10) while matching the likes of Syracuse and Youngstown State with nine more wins than 2024-25.

60 IS THE MAGIC NUMBER
Bona's is 12-3 this season when allowing 60 or less points, giving up 61.0 points per game. Rhode Island touts the best scoring defense in the A-10, allowing just 53.3 points per contest.

DEFENDING THE THREE
The Brown and White currently sit second in the Atlantic 10 and 43rd in the NCAA, holding opponents to a 27.8 shooting percentage from beyond the arc this season.

The Bonnies have held opponents to five or fewer 3-pointers made 14 times this season, including a season-low one made three in the season opener against Mansfield Nov. 3.

DRAKE TURNING HEADS
Bonnies graduate Laycee Drake is one of the most improved players in the country this season. In 28 games last season at UAlbany, Drake averaged 3.3 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.5 assists across 8.4 minutes per game. She finished the year with nine steals and shot 37.9 percent from the field.

This season, Drake leads the Bonnies in scoring, rebounds and assists. She is averaging 15.3 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. Drake has registered 51 steals and is shooting 44.2 percent from the field while making a career-high 34 3-pointers.

Drake currently ranks second in the Atlantic 10 in made field goals (167), fifth in field goal percentage (44.2), sixth in scoring (15.3) and 10th in steals per game (1.8).

PARKER'S PROWESS
Aaliyah Parker surpassed 1,500 career points and 700 rebounds, making her one of just 27 active players nationally to achieve those numbers. Her 327 career steals stand fifth among all active players while her 2.84 steals per game are behind only Hannah Hidalgo of Notre Dame, Ny'Ceara Pryor of Texas A&M and Taylee Chirrick of Montana State.

This season she ranks third in the Atlantic 10 in steals (59), fourth in steals per game (2.2) and is 11th in free throw percentage (76.4 percent).
