A two-time All-Conference and All-County first team selection … helped Willoughby South to a 20-8 record, its second straight conference title and a district championship in 2009 … as a senior, he hit .325 with a team-high six home runs and 34 RBI en route to also earning All-District first team honors and a spot on the Mizuno All-Ohio team … batted .407 with three home runs and 31 RBI as a junior … also went 5-1 on the mound with a 3.46 ERA … A decorated receiver in football, he set school single-season records for receptions (39), receiving yards (818), yards per reception (21.7) and touchdown receptions (13) in 2008-09 … named to the All-Conference, All-County and All-District first team as well as honorable mention All-State … also a All-Conference, All-County and All-District basketball player.
