Named Small School South Player of the Year following sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... became sixth pitcher in PIAA history to throw a shutout in the state finals ... batted .473 at the plate and was a perfect 10-0 on the mound with a 0.90 ERA during senior year ... earned First Team All-State honors following junior year ... also was an All-State basketball player, ranking second in Johnsonburg High history with 1,598 career points.

Son of Terry and Jeff Peterson ... Sports Studies major ... brother, Seth, played baseball at Clarion ... was part of 2015 Olean Oilers New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL) championship team ... helped the Oilers to the 2016 NYCBL championship as well and was named NYCBL Championship Series Overall MVP.
