A five-year starter at Lake Shore and one of just two players toever be named to the All-Western New York first team three times…  three-time ECIC Division II Player of the Year,four-time team MVP and a four-year captain … set schoolrecords for hits, batting average and games played in a career, aswell as hits in a season … batted .475 as a senior witheight doubles, 28 walks and 19 RBI … also went 6-2 on themount with 62 strikeouts … named to the NYSSWA StateAll-Star first team …. as a junior, accumulated a .557on-base percentage and a .702 slugging percentage en route tofourth team All-State honors … earned a starting role on theWNY Empire State team … also a three-time team MVP infootball as a running back and two-time team MVP in basketball.
