As A Sophomore | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Placed in the team's top seven during every event in the fall season
- Recorded new PR times of 15:30 (5K), 25:42 (8K) and 32:54 (10K)
- Ranked 12th overall with a 5K PR in the Little Three Championship (9/6)
- Finished 46th out of 209 competitors and helped the team place seventh out of 22 squads at the Lock Haven Invitational with an 8K mark of 25:49 (9/27)
- Qualified for Atlantic 10 Championships, placing second on the team and 86th out of 128 competitors with an 8K time of 26:00 at the conference meet (11/1)
- Ran second on the team in his first-ever 10K with a run of 32:54 at the NCAA Northeast Regionals (11/14)

Cross Country
- Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll honoree
- Competed in five meets during the fall season
- Made collegiate debut with a 5K run of 16:43.1 at the Little Three Championship (9/6)
- Earned points for the team with an 8K time of 27:57.1 at the Yellowjacket Invitational (9/21)
- Finished in the team's top-seven at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, clocking in at 26:25.5 (10/19)
Track
- Represented the team at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships in two events, setting PR times in both the 800 (1:59.28) and mile (4:27.08)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships and ran a personal best in the 1500 (4:04.26)
High School
First Team All-Section V honoree ... also named all-league for indoor track three times and twice in cross country ... posted the second-fastest 1000-meter time in Section V ... helped team to back-to-back division championships ... also played soccer.
