Austin Blumbergs joined the Bonnies coaching staff as an assistant for the 2026 season.
Blumbergs was a five-year student-athlete for the Bonnies men's lacrosse program. He finished his five-year career among the program leaders in points (66, third), goals (54, fourth), and games played (57, second).
He was a MAAC First Team All-Conference selection in 2021 and landed on the MAAC Second Team in 2022. As a freshman, he earned a spot on the MAAC All-Rookie Team in 2019. Also a standout in academics, he was a three-time honoree on the MAAC All-Academic Team.
He was drafted by the Buffalo Bandits in the fifth round of the 2022 National Lacrosse League Draft and currently plays transition for the Halifax Thunderbirds of the NLL.
