High School
His team went undefeated and advanced to the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Association (OFSAA) tournament, where the school won for the championship for first time in its history and was the co-captain co-recipient of the tournament most valuable player award in his senior year … during his freshman through junior year, his team won the Lake Ontario Secondary Schools Athletic Association (LOSSA) championship … also played tennis in addition to soccer as a freshman.
