As A Sophomore (2023-24) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Competed in every meet during the fall season and placed in the team’s top-seven three times
- Set a new 8K PR of 26:29.1 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational in Gettysburg (10/14)
- Qualified for Atlantic 10 Championship and turned in a time of 27:59.6 (10/28)
- Finished fifth on the team at the NCAA Northeast Regional with a 10K time of 33:57.1 (11/10)
Track
- Qualified for Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships and set the second-fastest program time for the 1000 meters at 2:29.14 (2/24)
As A Freshman (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Competed in four meets during the fall season, placing in the team's top seven in each meet
- Made collegiate debut by placing fourth on the team with a 5K time of 16:19.5 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)
- Posted an 8K PR time and finished fourth on the team with a mark of 26:42.6 at the Anderson Invitational (9/24)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship, running a time of 27:59.6 (10/29)
Track
- Competed in the 800, mile and distance medley relay during indoor season and in the 800 and 1500 during the outdoor season
- Posted 800 (2:03.25) and 1500 (4:07.05) outdoor PRs at the Geneseo Invitational (4/2)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, running in the mile (4:35.27) and distance medley relay (2/25)
- Recorded a PR mile time in the RIT Invitational (4:28.60) (2/10)
