As A Junior (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Earned Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team honors in cross country, indoor and outdoor track as well as CoSIDA Academic All-Region for his success in the classroom and athletically, becoming the first Bonnies runner to ever achieve that feat in the same year
• Registered a top-five team finish in every meet during the fall season
• Finished second on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a time of 26:54.3 (10/30)
• Logged an 8K PR time of 26:36.1, moving into the program top-10 list, at the Live in Louisville Classic (10/2)
• Finished third on the team with an 8K time of 26:59.3 at the Anderson Invitational (9/25)
• Placed fourth on the team and 19th overall out of 71 competitors at the Watts Invitational with an 8K run of 27:08 (9/11)
• Helped Bonnies to a second-place finish, placing fourth on the team and eighth overall at the Little Three Championship with a 5K time of 16:16.85 (9/3)

• Ran top-10 program outdoor times in the 800 (2:02.40) and 1500 (4:08.79)
• Established program top-10 indoor times in the 800 (2:09.22), 1000 (2:42.22) and mile (4:41.73) while being a part of the program-record time in the 4000 DMR (11:07.74)

As A Sophomore (2020-21) | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Led the team in the only meet of the season, placing 86th overall with a time of 26:48.5 at the Atlantic 10 Championship (3/5)

Track

• Posted a time of 16:20.83 in the 5000 meters at Atlantic 10 Championships (5/2)
• Registered the fifth-fastest individual time in program history in the 5000 meters, turning in a PR of 16:04.37 at the UB Saturday Invite (4/17) 
• Posted the fastest individual Bonnies program time in the 3000 with an effort of 9:14.37 at UB (3/24) 

As A Freshman (2019-20) | XC Meet-by-Meet Times
Cross Country

• Ran in every event during the fall, finishing in the team's top seven in each competition
• Placed second on the team at NCAA Northeast Regionals, running a 10K time of 33:15.8 (11/15)
• Came in third for the squad at the Atlantic 10 Championship, crossing the finish line with an 8K time of 27:32.6 (11/2)
• Finished fifth on the team at the Jenna Strong Invitational with an 8K time of 27:56.5 (10/11)
• Placed fourth on the team at the Louisville XC Classic, crossing the finish line with an 8K PR time of 26.52.8 (10/5)
• Crossed the finish line fifth on the team at the Anderson Invitational, turning in an 8K time of 27:58.4 (9/21)
• Came in fourth on the team at the Stampede Invitational with an 8K time of 27:47.7 (9/13)
• Made collegiate debut by finishing sixth for the Bonnies and posting a 5K time of 17:07.5 at Little Three Championship (8/30)

High School
Four-time state qualifier ... two-time cross country state medalist ... selected as the Most Valuable Player for track and cross country ... member of the National Honor Society ... also wrestled in high school.
