As A Graduate Student (2025-26) | XC Meets & Times 
Cross Country

• Became one of the team's top competitors in final cross country season, placing in the team top five in all but one meet during the fall
• Posted new PRs in the 5K (15:55), 8K (25:29) and 10K (33:05)
• Helped the Bonnies finish second out of 34 teams at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational with his PR run of 25:29 (10/18)
• Recorded a top-10 individual program time for the 10K with an effort of 33:05 at NCAA Northeast Regionals (11/14)

As A Senior (2024-25) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Ran in four events, setting a new 8K PR in the Aubrey Shenk Invitational (26:33)

• Set new PRs in the 800 (2:01.32) and 1500 (4:02.55) during outdoor season
• Qualified for Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 1500, establishing his new PR time at the conference meet
• Posted a new indoor mile PR (4:25.19) at A-10 Championships

As A Junior (2023-24) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Ran in three events with a top 8K mark of 28:17 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational (10/14)

• Competed in the 1000, 1500, mile and 4x400 during track seasons
• Clocked in a indoor 1000 PR of 2:47.28 at Youngstown State (2/2) 

As A Sophomore (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Competed in three events with a best time of 30:35.9 at the Anderson Invitational (9/24)

• Competed in the 1000, 3000 and mile during indoor season and in the 800 and 1500 during the outdoor season
• Posted PR times in the 800 (2:13.45) and 1500 (4:22.48) during outdoor with new PRs in the 1000 (2:48.34), 3000 (9:53.67) and mile (5:03.33) during indoor season

As A Freshman (2021-22) 
Cross Country

• Made collegiate debut by finishing 12th overall and part of the team's scoring seven at the Little Three Championship with a 5K time of 16:41.41 (9/3)

• PR indoor 400-meter time of 58.27 at the Cornell Invitational (2/19)
• Finished the 1500 in 4:26.16 at the Geneseo Early Season Invite (4/1)

High School
Set the Jamestown High 5K cross country record time (16:44) ... won the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Athletic Association (CCAA) all-star race and the CCAA championships ... placed second at the Section VI Class A state qualifier ... two-time state meet qualifier ... 4:50 mile time ... team MVP four years.
