As A Sophomore (2024-25) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
  • Became one of the team's top performers during the fall season, placing in the Bonnies top three in every meet
  • Scored new PRs in the 5K (16:02.9), 8K (26:00.7) and 10K (33:19.4)
  • Led the team at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational with an 8K run of 26:12.3, finishing 14th out of 226 competitors (10/19)
  • Placed third on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championship (11/2)
  • Ran second on the team in the NCAA Northeast Regional 10K with a run of 33:19.4 (11/15)

  • Established a new St. Bonaventure program record in the steeplechase at the Atlantic 10 Championships with an effort of 9:31.61 (5/5)
