After not making a single appearance in goal in 2011, KatieKerkman appeared in 12 games as a goalkeeper during her finalseason as a Bonnie … eight of the 12 appearances were starts… in roughly 924 total minutes between the pipes, Kerkmanmade a team-leading 35 saves … five out of the eight totalBonnie wins came in games in which Kerkman played … hadthree shutouts in 2012, the first against Temple on Oct. 5 (1-0),the second on Oct. 7 against Saint Joseph’s (1-0), and thefinal coming on Oct. 26 against UMass (1-0) … was the go-tokeeper for head coach Manoj Khettry during the final stretch of theseason and post-season push, as she appeared in the final eightregular season games … earned all five of her wins in thesegames …  started the A-10 Conference quarterfinalsagainst Butler on Nov. 1.

Played in six contests and made five starts for St. Bonaventure… made first career appearance as a starter opposite Buffalo(Sept. 6), where she made the first three saves of her collegiatecareer … selected as the Atlantic 10 Rookie of theWeek (Sept. 14) after posting a career-high seven savesfor the Brown and White in a 1-0 shutout at Bowling Green (Sept.11) ... also started at Toledo (Sept. 13), at Colgate (Sept. 18)and at Pitt (Sept. 20).

High School
Three-year letterwinner at Homestead High School, which won theWisconsin Division I State Championship in 2007 and a RegionalChampionship in 2008 ... posted a 27-10-3 record ... named secondteam All-League in the North Shore Conference ... four-year memberof the Mequon Soccer Club that finished as the state runner-up in2007 & 2008.
