St. Bonaventure

Kathy Parmentier was named Ticket Office Manager at St. Bonaventure on Sept. 24, 2018.
 
A native of Fredonia, N.Y., Parmentier was the assistant to the St. Bonaventure Athletics Director during the 2016-17 school year. She returned to Bona’s in her current role in 2018.
 
She is responsible for season, group, flex pack and single game ticket sales for men’s and women’s basketball.  In 2022 she was named Ticket Office Manager & Stewardship Coordinator.  In addition to her ticket office duties she now assists with donor engagement and fulfillment as well as becoming a secondary sport supervisor and assisting to oversee the Bonnies softball program as well as the cheer team. 
 
A 2003 graduate of Niagara University where she was a four-year letterwinner and three-year team captain for the women’s basketball team, Parmentier spent three years as a customer care coordinator for the Buffalo Bisons. She also worked as a box office representative with HSBC Arena (now KeyBank Center) in Buffalo. Parmentier earned a master’s degree in sports administration from Canisius College in 2005, while working as a graduate assistant in the athletic department at Medaille College where she stayed on as the associate head women’s basketball coach until 2009.
