Noah Baughman is in his first season with Bonnies Baseball, serving as the team's hitting coach.
Baughman began his coaching career in 2021 as a student assistant on Jerry Meyer’s Middle Tennessee State staff. During his time in Murfreesboro, he was developed as a hitting coach by standout offensive coach Kevin Nichols.
Following his time at Middle Tennessee, Baughman continued his coaching career at Bryan College, where he served as a graduate assistant. He then moved to the University of West Alabama, where he served as a graduate assistant, coached third base and worked with the Tigers’ hitters. Baughman was part of Eric DuBose’s program that won a conference tournament championship and advanced to an NCAA Regional.
In 2026, Baughman served as the hitting coach at Gadsden State Community College under Head Coach Blake Lewis. He helped send six hitters to four-year programs and coached a Second-Team All-Conference selection. The Cardinals hit .325 as a team, scored 340 runs, posted a .423 OBP and .439 SLG, while ranking as the hardest team to strike out in the state.
Baughman has also coached in the Prospect League and NECBL and served as the inaugural head coach of the Columbia Jumpin Jacks in the Volunteer State League.
A Franklin, Tennessee, native, Baughman earned his bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Middle Tennessee State University in 2023 and his master’s degree in Sports Management from the University of West Alabama in 2025.
