St. Bonaventure

Sarah Wolcott began her position at St. Bonaventure during the fall 2021 academic semester. She was promoted to Associate Athletic Director for Compliance in August 2024.

She previously worked three years at Cedar Crest (Pa.) College as Associate Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Administrator. During her time there, she also served as an adjunct professor and interim athletics diversity and inclusion designee for the NCAA where she chaired the Athletics Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee. In that role, she was awarded the NCAA Division III Diversity Spotlight Initiative Award in September 2020.

While working as compliance director and main liaison between academics and athletics at Cedar Crest, the number of student-athletes named to the conference All-Academic Teams increased from 48 percent to 73 percent while all teams achieved a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher in Spring 2021.

Wolcott also brings several years of coaching experience, serving as the Cedar Crest head women's soccer coach for nearly eight years. She earned conference Coach of the Year accolades twice (2018, 2019) while coaching 23 all-conference players. 

Prior to her stint at Cedar Crest, she was the assistant women's soccer coach at Pitt-Bradford for three years and also a youth soccer coach for Lehigh Valley United FC. 

Wolcott is a 2010 graduate of St. Bonaventure, playing on the women's soccer team for four years, earning her undergraduate degree in philosophy/pre-law. She went on to earn a Master of Sports Leadership degree from Northeastern University in 2013.
