The GoBonnies.com Male Athlete of the Week presented by CPL for the week ending Dec. 4 is men’s swimming senior Nicholas Nakaya.

Nakaya notched an individual victory, a relay victory, and a runner-up finish Saturday afternoon.

In the 200-IM, Nakaya touched the wall in a time of 1:57.36 for an event win. He was a member of the 200-medley team that earned a victory with a time of 1:34.22.

The Honolulu, Hawaii native completed the dual meet with a second-place finish in the 100-breaststroke (59.66).

The men defeated Canisius 155-88 Saturday afternoon.
