The GoBonnies.com Female Athlete of the Week presented CPL for the week ending Sept. 26 is women's soccer sophomore Alexa Martinos.

Martinos scored her first career goal last Sunday at Fordham and it was the game-winner, giving the Bonnies a 2-1 victory over the Rams for their first win in Atlantic 10 play.

In the 81^st minute, Kenzie Tarmino struck a free kick into the Bonnies offensive third where Kacie Filian flicked it to Martinos who made a move around the goalkeeper and slotted home the goal.

Martinos has played in six games this season for the Bonnies and made her debut in last spring’s shortened season.
