The sophomore keeper made 12 saves over two Atlantic 10 games on the road last weekend, helping St. Bonaventure to a split of those contests. October 23, he made four saves in a 1-0 shutout of Xavier, his third of the season. The win improved the Bonnies' A-10 record to 2-2-1. October 21, Blanchard made eight saves in a 2-0 loss at Dayton. For the season, Blanchard leads the A-10 and ranks among the top 10 keepers in the nation in saves per game at 6.2 per game.
