  • No ranked team has won on Bob Lanier Court - the Bonnies beat GW and Michigan State at home in the past three seasons.

Scouting the Musketeers
No. 11/10 Xavier is on a four-game winning streak dating back to its last non-conference game at Missouri. Xavier is 55-12 all-time as a ranked team and the No. 8 ranking Xavier held earlier this season marked the highest XU had ever achieved in each poll. Junior Amber Harris leads the Musketeers in scoring 14.9 ppg and second in rebounding grabbing 8.9 per game. Classmate Ta'Shia Phillips leads off the boards grabbing 9.3 per contest and leads the A-10 in field goal percentage hitting 57.6 (87-151).

The Bonnies are 6-5 on January 23, dating back to the 1986-87 season - the last actual recorded dates. St. Bonaventure last won on Jan. 23 against Fordham in 2008, 59-49

LAST TIME against the MUSKETEERS
Three different Bonnies scored in double figures in the 74-59 loss to Xavier last season. Dana Mitchell had a team-high 11 points while Jessica Jenkins and Katelyn Murray posted 10 each. St. Bonaventure had a tough time off the boards as Xavier out-rebounded the Bonnies 50-22 with Ta'Shia Phillips grabbing 21 boards.

UNDER PRESSURE
The Bonnies scoring defense ranks 10th in the nation and first in the Atlantic 10 allowing 53.0 points per game. Twelve of St. Bonaventure's opponents have been held to under 60 points.

Super SATURDAY
The Bonnies are 3-1 on Saturdays, taking their only loss against Dayton on January 16.

St. Bonaventure allowed La Salle to shoot just 31 perccent (13-42) from the field to settle back into its normal defensive ways.

It's Raining Threes
The Brown and White have scored at least one three-pointer in 181 games dating back to 2004. The last time the Bonnies failed to convert a three-point basket in a game was on February 14, 2004 against Temple.

In the nation
In the Jan. 18 NCAA statistics, the Bonnies ranked in the top-10 in the nation in two categories - fourth in free-throw percentage (79.1) and sxth in three-point field-goal percentage (39.9).

“Three” to be you and me
Sophomore Jessica Jenkins scored six three-pointers against Virginia to move into the ninth spot on the all-time list with 82. She now has 88 needing 13 more to match former teammate Erica Schiefen's spot with 101.

DOUBLE your pleasure, DOUBLE your fun
In each of the Bonnies' victories, the scoring margin has been in double figures. Quinnipiac was the closest win at 77-67 while St. Bonaventure beat Akron and IUPUI by 30 points each.

Now BOARDING

The Bonnies have out-rebounded their opponents in 13 of their 19 contests by an average of 3.3 per game.

Sixth Woman
Freshman Chelsea Bowker has been the Bonnies' go-to woman off the bench. Bowker has a knack for long range to assist in averaging 5.8 points per game, shooting 43 percent from the floor and 44 percent from beyond the arc.

Going LONG

The Bonnies have scored three or more three-pointers in 16 out of their 19 games. They scored a season-high nine at Quinnipiac and against Buffalo.

MOVING on Up (in the books)
Preseason All-Conference first team selection Dana Mitchell moved into the third spot on the all-time scoring list after scoring 19 points against BGSU. She now has 1,788 points. She is now 86 points away from second and still trails the top spot held by Hilary Waltman by 318 points.
