The St. Bonaventure women's swimming and diving team finished 10th overall at the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championships. Richmond took home the overall team title accumulating 653.5 total team points.
In the first event of the night, Shannon Haberman posted a 10th place finish in the 1650-yd freestyle. The senior finished in a final time of 17:13.18.
In the 200-yd backstroke, Devon McFadden continued to swim well as the sophomore finished 11th overall, posting a time of 2:02.46.
The Bonnies had their best performance of the championship in the 200-yd butterfly placing two swimmers in the top eight. Tanja Kirmse finished third overall posting a final time of 2:00.86. Teammate Elizabeth Malone finishing fifth overall with a final time of 2:03.45.
In the final event of the night, the 400-yd freestyle relay, St. Bonaventure posted an 11th place finish. The team of Kirmse, Maggie Woods, Bridget Jordan and Rachel Taylor combined for a final time of 3:27.63.
As a team, the Bonnies finished 10th overall. The final team standings are listed below.
