ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. -- The St. Bonaventure University men's tennis team will travel to Annapolis, Md. to play in the Navy Invitational this weekend with action beginning on Friday and spanning through Sunday.

The Bonnies most recently competed in the Army Invitational, where they picked up a doubles win by junior Victor Blanco and freshman Guillermo Garcia on day one, and another on the second day. The Bonnies earned singles wins on day two from Blanco and sophomore Indra Patwardhan, who also got a doubles win with junior Hector Martinez. Freshman Lukas Linden Malmberg also won twice in singles. The team's only win on day three came from Hector Martinez in singles competition.

At the Navy Invitational last year, Blanco earned third place in singles competition, while Martinez picked up a win in competition as well.

Following the Navy Invite, the Bonnies will play in the ITA Regionals at Penn from Oct. 20-25.
