ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – The St. Bonaventure University men's tennis team defeated Daemen, 6-1, Saturday morning at the University Fitness Center.
The Bonnies were able to sweep all three doubles matches to start the contest, taking an early lead over the Wildcats.
Connor Turner and Chase Cahill-Welsh as well as Alex Kim and Davis Matney scored 6-1 wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles, respectively.
The duo of Luke Ollivierre and Dilraj Singh Dhillon completed the sweep with a 7-5 win at No. 3.
Turner, Matney, Cahill-Welsh, Kim and Dhillon all captured singles wins in straight sets to secure the victory.
The Bonnies are back in action Tuesday, March 24 when they host Mercyhurst.
