ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – The St. Bonaventure University men's tennis team fell to Marist, 4-0, at the St. Bonaventure Fitness Center in the team's final match of the 2017 regular season.

Marist took the doubles point, then came out on top in No. 1, 3 and 4 singles to secure the victory. The rest of the singles matches went unfinished.

In doubles action, the pair of Victor Blanco and Hector Martinez gave their No. 1 a close match but narrowly fell, 7-5.

Senior Hristo Hristov saw action in his final home match as he teamed up with John Rutkowski for No. 3 doubles. The pair fell, 6-0.

The No. 3 match was played all the way through, as Lukas Linden Malmberg and his opponent were tightly matched through the two sets. Malmberg fell, though, by scores of 6-4 in each set.

The Bonnies will be idle until the Atlantic 10 Championships in Lake Nona, Fla. on April 26.
