  • The Bonnies bullpen – Gabe Watts, Cody Shimp, Rushil Bhat and Jackson DeJohn, making his second career pitching appearance – worked 7.1 scoreless innings Tuesday at Niagara without walking a batter.
  • Christian Szablewski has four doubles in the past 10 games while Matthew Williams has five.
HONORING A LEGEND
St. Bonaventure will honor the winningest coach in school history as the Bonnies welcome back legendary baseball coach Larry Sudbrook Friday, May 20 inside Handler Park at McGraw-Jennings Field.

All of Sudbrook's former players and St. Bonaventure alumni are encouraged to attend. The game is free and open to the public.

Sudbrook, who announced his retirement in October after 36 seasons and 725 victories at the helm, will be recognized in the style familiar to his players for over three decades – with a "last lap" around the base paths.

A revered tradition installed by Sudbrook to honor the graduating seniors of his teams following their final home games, Bona's longtime leader will take to the field one last time following the Bonnies' battle vs. Saint Joseph's in the penultimate game of the 2022 season.
