SAVANNAH, Ga. – A sparkling round of 3-under 69 from graduate student Jack Angelucci showed the way for the St. Bonaventure golf team this weekend at the Savannah Intercollegiate.

Angelucci carded six birdies in Sunday's final round on the 7,084-yard layout at The Club at Savannah Harbor to cap off the season-opening event for the Bonnies. He finished the three-round tournament tied for 20th in a field of 90 players after logging 36 holes in Saturday's action with a first round 78 followed by a second round 73.

His 10 birdies for the tournament were among the leaders in the field and his Sunday round was the fourth-lowest of any player in Savannah.

As a team, the Bonnies finished 13th overall (316-303-296/915).

Erik Stauderman improved each round, starting with an opening 18 finish of 78 before a second round 76. He completed the tournament in 1-over 73 Sunday including a pair of birdies.

Lance Sininger matched Stauderman at a 228 total following rounds of 79, 75, 74.
