St. Bonaventure has been recognized for academic excellence by being honored as a Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division I Academic Honor Squad, officials announced.

The Bonnies recorded a team GPA of 3.59 for the 2022-23 academic year. To be named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad, a team must maintain a 3.20 or higher team GPA. Bonnies women's lacrosse also had 37 student-athletes named to the Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll for the academic year.

In addition to the team honors, 11 Bonnies were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater. 

Bonnies honorees include seniors Nora Anderson (elementary/special education), Hailey Grau (accounting), Ashley Herrick (international studies); Teri Manzelli (marketing), Sarah Owens (management) and Caroline Yoder (chemistry); juniors Abby Hiltz (physical education), Kassi Hogan (health science), Riley Schott (marketing), Paige Szymusiak (marketing) and Kelsey Tiffany (public health).
