LAST TIME OUT
St. Bonaventure raced out to a 9-4 lead over the Red Flash Tuesday afternoon, but Saint Francis started to rally in the third quarter and would go on a 5-0 run to tie the game at nine with 8:07 to play.
The Bonnies successfully thwarted off the comeback from Saint Francis to remain perfect on home turf.
Fiona McGovern converted on back-to-back free position attempts to put the Bonnies back in front 11-9, the eventual final score. The win was highlighted by four goals and an assist from McGovern who has reached 16th on the Bonnies all-time scoring list. McGovern went 4-for-4 on free position shots in the contest.
FREE POSITION POWER
The Bonnies are second in the Atlantic 10 in free position percentage, scoring on 52.2% of their free position shots. Junior
