The St. Bonaventure women's soccer team enters a busy stretch of Atlantic 10 competition this week. The Bonnies will travel to Davidson on Thursday for a 7 p.m. start under the lights, followed by a home match against Rhode Island on Sunday at 1 p.m.

LAST TIME OUT
The Bonnies dropped their first conference matchup of the season at home against VCU this past Sunday, falling 1-0. An 18-minute goal for the Rams forced the hosts to apply pressure for the remainder of the game, but a handful of second-half chances were turned away to make certain of the result.

FIFTH-YEAR FAVOR
Graduate student Giovanna Coghetto paces the team with 11 points (5G-1A) and is trailed by fellow fifth-year student Daniela De Souza with five points (1G-3A). Together, they have brought a veteran presence to this year's squad. Coghetto currently ranks third in the A-10 in goals and fourth in points.

GROUP OF GOALKEEPERS
So far this season, three different Bonaventure goalkeepers have gotten a starting nod. This past Sunday against VCU, sophomore Adelaide Paredes earned her first start, though she had already posted shutout halves off the bench against Post (8/31) and Oakland (9/14). Junior Juliana Castellano has seen the most action, making six starts and playing full-time in five of them. On the A-10 leaderboards, she currently sits second in saves per game (5.33), third in save percentage (86.5 percent) and fifth in total saves (32). Rounding out the trio is senior Jael Schubert, who started against Post and Oakland and recorded shutout halves in both matches.
