ORLANDO, Fla. – The St. Bonaventure University women's tennis team fell to Davenport, 5-2, in the first match of the Bonnies spring break trip in Orlando, Fla. Monday afternoon.

Sara Montano Parada and Tamara Bachmann teamed up for a win at No. 1 doubles, 6-4, over Sienna Opray and Skye Vondeleur.

The Panthers, however, captured the doubles point with wins at No. 2 and No. 3.

Bachmann also picked up a win in singles at No. 2, defeating Amy Bloch in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0.

Also winning in singles action was Kashish Bote at No. 4, scoring a 7-6, 6-0 win over Maja Sandstrom.

The Bonnies are back in action Thursday, March 5 at 7:30 a.m. against Villanova.
