WASHINGTON, D.C. – St. Bonaventure registered a record number of student-athletes on the 2025-26 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll as 312 Bonnies earned the honor, conference officials announced Tuesday.

Designed to recognize excellence in the classroom, a student-athlete in an Atlantic 10-sponsored sport at a full member institution must have a combined fall and spring semester grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the academic year to be selected for the Commissioner's Honor Roll. Both freshmen and graduate students are eligible to receive the award.

With this year's honorees, a whopping 81 percent of the total St. Bonaventure student-athlete population achieved Commissioner's Honor Roll status. This year's total surpasses last year's previous department record of 303 honorees. Despite having the league's second-smallest enrollment, St. Bonaventure still finished well above the A-10 average of 282 honorees per school. Bona's is one of seven A-10 members to eclipse the 300-mark, ranking sixth overall in total honorees.

"The A-10 standard is exemplified by the outstanding student-athletes across our member institutions," Atlantic 10 commissioner Dan Leibovitz said. "I congratulate each of the members of the 2025-26 Commissioner's Honor Roll. Their dedication, discipline, and commitment to academic excellence embody the values of the Atlantic 10 Conference."

Bonnies men's cross country/track posted 37 student-athletes on the Commissioner's Honor Roll, followed by men's lacrosse with 35. Other departmental leaders include women's lacrosse (30), women's cross country/track (30), baseball (29) and women's swimming and diving (26).
