Games begin with first round action March 15 and 16 as the field will be fighting for a spot in the final four at Madison Square Garden in New York City March 29-31. Get all of your Bonnies NIT info here. Fans can purchase tickets for the semifinals and finals through Madison Square Garden by clicking here. Bona fans are encouraged to continue to fill in sections around the lower bowl of Madison Square Garden starting with Section 113 and continuing to Section 112 if/when that section fills up.

BONNIES NIT HISTORY

The 2022 NIT marks the Bonnies' 17th trip to the tournament in program history. Previous appearances: 1951, 1952, 1957-60, 1964, 1971, 1977, 1979, 1983, 1995, 1998, 2001-02, 2016. St. Bonaventure captured the NIT national championship in 1977.

NYC Events

Kick-off the NIT semifinals at a Pep Rally in New York with fellow members of the NY Metro Alumni Chapter on Monday, March 28.

The pep rally will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. at Pennsylvania 6 NYC located at 132 West 31st St., New York, NY 10001. Drinks specials include $8 Hard Seltzers and $6 Bud Light and Labatt Drafts.

Make plans now to meet up with fellow Bonnies before the game! Jack Doyle's will be the exclusive gathering spot for St. Bonaventure fans (age 21 and over) prior to the NIT Tournament games in NYC. Doors to the pre-game party open at 4 p.m. on game day, three hours prior to tip-off. Arrive promptly because the first 100 attendees will receive a complimentary Miller Lite courtesy of Jack Doyle's!

The cost is $30 per person per pre-game event and includes an appetizer buffet and one drink ticket (beer or wine). A discounted price of $20 is available to young alumni (classes of 2011 to 2021).

Registration is limited to 500 participants so register as soon as possible to reserve your spot!

A second location has been secured for a pre-game gathering so that no Bonnie is left behind. Registration is now open at The Tailor Public House located at 505 8th Ave., New York, NY 10018. Tailor's will be the second exclusive gathering spot for St. Bonaventure fans (age 21 and over) prior to the NIT Tournament games in NYC.

Once checked-in at the location you registered for, all registrants will be able to bounce between Tailor's and Jack Doyle's. More details regarding check-in will be sent prior to the event along with a QR code ticket.
