As a senior at Pennsbury High School, earned second team All-State honors in class AAAA … averaged 16 points, 10 rebounds and 3.0 blocked shots per game his senior season … helped lead the Falcons to the quarterfinals of the state class AAAA playoffs, where they fell 58-57 to No. 1-ranked Roman Catholic … Woods scored 17 points in that playoff game … totaled 22 points and 22 rebounds in a win over Cedar Cliff in the first round of the state playoffs … Pennsbury ended the 2014-15 season 25-7 … coached by Bill Coleman … was named to the Bucks and Pennsylvania Boys postseason all-star tournament teams … as a junior, helped Pennsbury to a 23-6 record and a berth in the District 1 final … Pennsbury also reached the second round of the state playoffs … Woods averaged 10.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocked shots per game and shot 56 percent from field … played AAU for Team Final (Pa.) ... played for Trenton High School his freshman and sophomore seasons before transferring.

Noteworthy: Didn't start playing basketball until he was in seventh grade, when he was introduced to the game by his uncle, mother and aunt ... enjoys dancing and drawing and hopes to go into architecture ... is a fan of the New York Knicks and Carmelo Anthony.
