Mia Winters showed the way in the Crimson race of the Lock Haven Invitational Saturday as she clocked in with the fastest 6K time by a Bonnies competitor in a decade with her run of 22:04.1. That stands as the second-fastest individual effort by a Bonnies student-athlete in program history, behind only Kerry Caher '15.

Winters, who placed 18^th overall Saturday out of 245 competitors, bested her previous PR of 22:38 set in this same meet a year ago.
