The Gobonnies female athlete of the week presented by CPL is Women's basketball Deja Francis.

Francis played a key role in the Bonnies first Atlantic 10 victory of the season Friday, Jan. 15 in a 65-60 victory over La Salle. Francis scored 11 points on 5-of-9 shooting to go along with a game-high six assists and four rebounds in 29 minutes off the bench.

For the season, Francis is third on the team in scoring, averaging 7.4 points per game and leads the Bonnies with 3.0 assists per contest.

The Bonnies are back in action Friday, Jan. 22 on the road at Fordham.
