BUFFALO, N.Y. – The men's and women's cross country teams return to the course this Saturday to race at the Little Three Invitational hosted by Canisius College.

The 8K race for the men, and 5K race for the women, will be the third competition of the 2010 campaign for the Bonnies, who have been led on the men's side by Jimmy Burton and on the women's side by Elizabeth Moran.

Burton has been the top men's finisher for the team in each of its first two races, completing last weekend's race at the UB Stampede Invitational in 27:05, just two seconds shy of his personal best. Moran, a native of Niskayuna, N.Y., has also led the women's side for the last two weeks, finishing last week's course in 22:40.

Saturday's race is set to start at 2 p.m. at Delaware Park. Following the Little Three, the Bonnies will head to Bethlehem, Pa. to compete in the Paul Short Invitational hosted by Lehigh University next Friday, Oct. 1.
