MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The St. Bonaventure women's lacrosse team suffered its first loss of the season Friday night to Robert Morris by a score of 17-10. LeighAnn Stauffer led the way with five goals for the Brown and White while Kerrigan Cummins posted 10 saves in goal.

The Colonials would jump out to an early 3-0 before Rachel Perla found Stauffer to get the Bonnies on the board.
Five straight Robert Morris goals would push the Colonials' lead to seven. Perla would then pick up another assist, this time finding Mikayla Place.

A Stauffer free position goal would lead the Bonnies into the half trailing 9-3.

The two teams went back and forth in the second half as every time it seemed that St. Bonaventure would gain momentum, Robert Morris would find the back of the net.

Stauffer would tally three more goals, all unassisted, giving her a team-high five goals and five points.

Olivia MacDonald (2) and Mary Maestri (1) would each also score for the Brown and White.

GAME NOTES: Stauffer passed Brenna Houghton (2005-08) for 12th place on the program's all-time career goals scored list with 79 ... Stauffer is now also top 15 in the program's history with 91 career points.
