Alexandra Piergustavo hammered her team-best fourth and fifth home runs of the season as she smacked a three-run home run in each game.

Down 2-0 in the top of the fourth, Enovitch and Hailey Blencowe led off the inning with back-to-back singles. With the pair aboard, Alexandra Piergustavo delivered her first three-run home run of the day down the rightfield line to put the Bonnies ahead.
The Bonnies padded their lead in the fifth as Enovitch drove home Kelly Farrell on a bunt single, bringing the score to 4-2.
But in the bottom half of the frame, Dayton rallied for six hits and capitalized on three Bona defensive errors for six runs, taking an 8-4 lead.
After another Flyers run in the bottom of the sixth, the Bonnies looked to put together a rally of their own in their last at-bats, but a two-out double by Desiree Gonzalez was wasted, and the 9-4 score held up.
Rylee Hehir pitched all six innings in the circle and struck out three Flyers along the way. Of the nine Dayton runs, just three were charged as earned runs.
Enovitch led the way with three hits for the Bonnies, while Gonzalez, Blencowe, Piergustavo and Farrell had one hit apiece to make up the seven SBU base knocks.
Game two: Dayton 11, St. Bonaventure 3 (Five Innings) | Box Score (PDF)
Three Dayton runs in the first, one in the second and seven in the third made up the Flyers' 11 runs.
Alexandra Deal's two-out single in the second came as part of the Bonnies' first opportunity to get on the board. In the at-bat prior, Farrell was hit by a pitch, then advanced to second on Deal's single. Then Gonzalez was hit by a pitch as well, loading the bases. But, Dayton induced an Enovitch lineout to escape.
Piergustavo gave the Bonnies all their offense with one swing in the fifth inning. With Mikayla Short and Gonzalez aboard, she knocked her second three-run homer of the day for St. Bonaventure's lone runs of the game.
With six RBIs on the day, Piergustavo lifted her team-best total to 23 on the season.
Kristen Hickling made the start in the circle and tossed 2.1 innings before being relieved by Molly Hennessy, who worked the final five outs. Both hurlers struck out one hitter apiece.
The four Bona hits were made up of one apiece from Gonzalez, Piergustavo, Deal and Short.
The Bonnies and Flyers will play game three tomorrow starting at 12:00 p.m.
