STORYLINE
The St. Bonaventure women's lacrosse team will open up its 2018 home slate when it hosts the Vermont catamounts on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. The Bonnies began the 2018 campaign last Saturday, dropping a 18-5 decision to Lehigh.

LAST MEETING
These two teams squared off last season in Burlington, VT which saw Vermont come away with a 17-10 win. After being down 11-1 early, the Bonnies put together a strong second half, netting nine second half goals.

SCOUTING VERMONT
The Catamounts come into this matchup with an identical 0-1 record, dropping their season opener to Colgate, 11-9. Vermont is led by junior attacker Jenna Janes the Baltimore native led the team with four goals in the season opener. In 2017, she scored a team-high 31 goals. The defense is anchored by Goalkeeper Maddy Kuras. The junior picked up the win in goal in last season's matchup.

A LEAGUE OF HER OWN

Entering her final season with the Bonnies, Conroy currently sits at third on the program's list of career saves (477). Last spring, she ranked fourth in the NCAA and led the Atlantic 10 in saves with 210. Conroy also ranked second in the NCAA with 12.35 saves per game. She recorded a program-record 22 saves against Saint Joseph's on April 26.

St. Bonaventure will look to continue its strong play on the home turf. Last season three of its last four wins came when playing at the Marra Athletics Complex, including wins over Siena, Duquesne and La Salle.

UP NEXT
