STORYLINE
The St. Bonaventure University women's lacrosse team travels to California for a pair of games this week. The Bonnies play Fresno State on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. PST/7:00 p.m. EST and will play San Diego State on Friday at 7:00 PST/10:00 p.m. EST.
LAST TIME OUT
The Bonnies dropped a 16-6 decision to Little Three rival Niagara on Feb. 22. Junior Rylee Arnold scored three goals on eight shots for the Brown and White. Kristine Wallace, Kathryn Yoder and Ashley Easterday also netted goals for the Bonnies. Freshman Savannah Clarke made her first career start in the cage, making six saves.
STAT LEADERS
Arnold leads the Bonnies with five goals while Easterday has four goals and a team-best seven points. Easterday has also handed out a team-high three assists. Morgan Conroy paces the team with 22 saves on the season while Kathryn Yoder leads the squad with 14 groundballs and 12 caused turnovers.
ABOUT FRESNO STATE
Fresno State enters Tuesday's contest with a record of 2-2 early in the season. Tuesday marks the Bulldogs' first competition in over a week. Junior Sarah Bloise leads Fresno State with 15 points, scoring 11 goals and tallying four assists. Tiffiny Wallace and Ryleigh Bone have seven goals apiece for the Bulldogs.
ABOUT SAN DIEGO STATE
San Diego State currently has a record of 2-2 on the season. The Aztecs opened up the 2018 campaign with two straight wins, but have lost their last two games to No. 21 Denver and No. 20 Colorado. Harlowe Steele and Jill Haight each have tallied 10 goals for the Aztecs this season.
UP NEXT
The Bonnies return from California and head to Easton, Pa. to face Lafayette on March 10. That game is set to begin at 1:00 p.m.
