OLEAN, N.Y. – Senior Dominique Mortier and sophomore Nicole Kozinski each scored wins in singles action but the St. Bonaventure University women' tennis team was defeated by Binghamton, 5-2.
Mortier took her match at No. 3 singles in straight sets over Olga Ostrovetsky, 6-1, 7-5. Kozinski needed three sets to defeat Allison Roma, 4-6, 7-5, 10-5.
Freshman Buse Gunay paired up with Mortier at No. 2 doubles, taking down Samara Eisenberg and Ashley Granieri, 6-2.
The Bonnies return to action Friday, April 6 at home against Niagara for their final home match of the season. That match is set to begin at 2:00 p.m.
