The St. Bonaventure University women's lacrosse team travels this weekend for a pair of road games against George Mason on Friday, April 1 and George Washington on Sunday, April 3. Game time for Friday is slated for 1:00 p.m., while Sunday's game is scheduled for noon. Both games will air live on ESPN+.
LAST TIME OUT
- The Bonnies dropped their opening conference games to UMass and Saint Joseph's this past weekend.
- Abby Hiltz highlighted the weekend for St. Bonaventure, tallying five points in the two games played.
- On Friday against UMass she recorded an assist, while scoring three goals with one assist Sunday against Saint Joseph's.
- Kassi Hogan, Sarah Owens, Madison Mundenar, and Maddie Mazur each netted a goal against UMass last Friday.
SOPHOMORE STRONG
- Sophomores Abby Hiltz and Kassi Hogan are the team leaders in statistics this season.
- Hogan is the team leader in goal with 11 on the season and is second in assists (four) and points (15).
- Hiltz leads the team in points (19) and assists (nine), and is second behind Hogan with 10 goals.
SECOND PERIOD STATS
- The Bonnies have done their most damage offensively in the second period this season, scoring 18 goals so far this season.
- Also, St. Bonaventure has tallied the most shots (49) and shots on goal (41) during the second period.
ABOUT GEORGE MASON
- The Patriots are currently 1-8 on the season, starting conference play 0-2.
- George Mason dropped their last conference game, 18-9, at Davidson.
- The team's lone win this season came against Howard, 18-5.
- Olivia O'Brien (18 goals), Lauren Distad (15 goals/four assists), and Ioanna Mantzouratos (16 goals/nine assists) are the team leaders this season.
- Meghan Deehan (57 saves) and Fiona Rickles (32 saves) have split time this season in the cage.
- George Mason was projected to finish ninth in the conference, according to 2022 A-10 Women's Lacrosse Preseason Poll.
ABOUT GEORGE WASHINGTON
- The Colonials are 2-8 this season, beginning 0-2 in conference play.
- George Washington fell, 12-7, to Richmond last Sunday.
- The team is led this season by Tori Hampton, Katelyn Walker, and Amber Germer, who all have nine goals on the year.
- Goalkeeper Megan Patrick has recorded 99 saves this season.
- George Washington was selected tied for seventh with La Salle in the conference with 39 points.
