RICHMOND, Va. – Clay Peets set the school record in the 5000 meters to highlight the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track Championship weekend for St. Bonaventure's men's track team.

Despite the cold, wet and windy conditions that plagued the two-day meet, Peets crossed the finish line in 14:56.29 to become the first Bonnie to break the 15-minute mark in the event. He surpassed the previous school record time of 15:09.60 set by Zach Buckner earlier this spring. Peets finished 19^th out of 36 conference competitors with his run.

The first-year collegiate runner also bested his previous PR by nearly 30 seconds with his performance.

Buckner finished the event in 15:13.60, good for 23^rd. Colin McCarthy posted a personal best mark of 15:53.25, good for sixth on the Bonnies individual leaderboard.

In the 800, Wyatt Hulsey led the team (2:03.37) while Thomas Dachik posted 10:05.96 to finish 14^th in the 3000-meter steeplechase.

Zane Courtwright led a trio of Bonnies in the 1500 (4:10.89) and the 4x800 meter relay team of Courtwright, Hulsey, Kieran Ryan and Darion Gregory clocked in with a time of 8:26.03.
