LEWISTON, N.Y. — The St. Bonaventure women's swimming and diving team set four new Oxy Aquatics Center top marks at Niagara on Friday evening. Despite their record-setting performances, the Purple Eagles edged out the Bonnies, 110-95. 
 
The Bona's squad got out to a great start as the 200-medley relay of Anna Bojana Forjan, Silvana Cabrera, Halle Myers, and Ellie Kraus finished with a time of 1:45.25, the best time the Niagara pool has ever seen. 
 
Myers, Cabrera, and Kraus kept up their record-setting performances in their individual events. 
 
Myers, an Erie, Pa. native, set a new pool top mark in the 50-freestyle with a time of 23.76. Myers also holds the second and third best times in the event in the Bonnies program record books. 
 
For the second meet in a row, junior Cabrera set a new top time in the 100-butterfly. At Niagara, the Lima, Peru native touched the wall in 55.91. Cabrera also won the 100-IM with a time of 59.52. 
 
In the 100-freestyle, Kraus's time of 51.38 garnered her the new pool top time. 
 
Freshman Forjan snagged a pair of second place finishes in the 200-freestyle and 100-backstroke in addition to the relay win. 
 
The Bonnies return to action on Oct. 28 as they host Le Moyne.
